-X-linked dominant (Affects girls).
-Onset is in the second year of life.
-Typically there is regression in motor and language development
-Autistic behaviors are common
-There is acquired microcephaly
-Characteristic hand-wringing behavior

Poor prognosis. No specific treatment.
