Besides erectile dysfunction Sildenafil (Viagra) is used in the management of Pulmonary hypertension (Primary pulmonary hypertension and Persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn-PPHN). It has also been tried in Mountain Sickness and Raynaud's Phenomenon.
